The project:

The project involves the design and development of a fully operational data center located in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, programme requirements and strategic project outcomes.
• Build and manage high-performing project teams and consultant partners, fostering collaboration, accountability and a culture of Safety First.
• Develop and maintain integrated project, design, procurement and delivery programmes to achieve agreed milestones, budgets and performance targets.
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication, robust governance, informed decision-making and proactive management of project change.
• Champion quality, risk management and service excellence, ensuring compliance, effective controls and successful project handover.

Promote Mace’s priorities of Construction to Production, Digital & Data and Responsible Business, while leveraging best practice and knowledge sharing to deliver continuous improvement and project excellence.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in civil.
• Experience in the relevant field.
