About Us
Do you want to take ownership from day one and actively shape the future in a growing company? VoiceLine is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup based in Munich. We build an AI-powered solution that helps field sales and service teams turn conversations into structured data efficiently. This enables customer information to be documented, analyzed, and seamlessly integrated into existing systems. Together with leading enterprise customers, we are working to make field sales future ready. The Role
Your Mission
Your mission is to make sure every customer project starts on solid ground. Before we ever design or build a solution, you understand what the customer truly needs: their business problems, processes, and goals. And just as importantly, how they actually work with their CRM, ERP and/or third-party software today. And you stay with the project through PoC completion to make sure exactly that gets delivered. Acting as the strategic bridge between customers, Sales and Engineering in the pre-signing phase, you turn business problems into validated business requirements, align them with our product scoping, and hand them off cleanly for technical implementation.
Your Tasks
- Lead Business-Goals-Calls with customer stakeholders (e.g. Sales Leadership, CRM/Operations Manager, IT & Data Security) to understand their problems, processes and business goals – before any solution is designed
- Run scoping of the customer's current processes and process landscape with focus on CRM, ERP and potential third-party software used by the customer, and align them with the customer's business goals, without pre-empting technical solution design.
- Capture the customer's growth potential and process landscape in a Scope of Work (SoW) and align it with the customer.
- Run a handshake meeting together with Engineering and Product reviewing requirements and estimating effort to align business goals with what we can realistically build.
- Own the handover meeting of the defined business requirements to the Post-Sales Team after signing.
- Stay closely aligned with the FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) throughout the PoC to verify that the technical implementation actually fulfills the business requirements defined pre-signing.
- Escalate deviations early and to the right owner.
- Re-engage for rollout scoping at the end of the PoC, and whenever a live customer has entirely new business requirements or wants to expand.
- Feed learnings from customer conversations back to Product, helping identify new value-adding features and shape the roadmap
Your Profile
- You have a solid technical understanding and feel at home in the world of complex digital products, without needing to design the architecture yourself.
- You prefer to work in a team and value interaction with other departments. Whether it's Sales, Engineering, FDE, Project Management or Customer Success, you quickly find your feet in different teams and know how to hand off cleanly between them.
- You enjoy frequent customer contact and feel comfortable leading discovery conversations with senior stakeholders. You build trusting relationships with our customers and get to the bottom of what they actually need, rather than jumping straight to solutions.
- You have strong project management skills and a very structured way of working. You can estimate effort realistically together with Engineering and keep a clear picture of business requirements from the first call through to PoC sign-off, even in stressful situations, and know when and to whom to escalate.
- Experience with the architecture of CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce or Dynamics is an advantage, but not a must.
- You are open to new technologies and learn quickly in order to make optimal use of and further develop our internal systems.
- You have fluent German and English skills. Both written and spoken.

- Competitive and fair compensation package, including virtual equity participation
- Modern office in the heart of Munich and a hybrid working environment (depending on the role)
