About the role
Manage the APC GCN P&L application engineering team and oversee the development of the Shanghai Inno Green center and Dragon P&L laboratory. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and OEMs to provide professional technical solutions and drive innovation projects.

您的主要工作内容
- 负责 APC GCN P&L 应用工程（AE）团队的管理工作。
- 负责 APC GCN P&L 客户管理，推动创新项目开发与落地。
- 与 OEM（原始设备制造商）开展合作，提供有价值的解决方案。
- 为 P&L 客户提供专业且具商业价值的解决方案。
- 负责上海创新绿色中心（Inno Green）及 Dragon P&L 应用工程实验室的发展与建设。
- 负责产品试机、故障排查、新产品推广、市场支持及竞争对手分析。
- 与相关利益相关方（PD/研发、Sales/销售、BD/业务发展、MS、MCA、AO、质量部门等）协作，提供技术支持。
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备技术相关专业背景。
- 拥有 5 年以上包装（Packaging）及标签（Labeling）行业工作经验。
- 具备良好的英语读写能力，并能够进行日常工作沟通。
- 工作地点位于上海。
