In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology vendors to deliver high-quality business analysis outcomes within a fast-paced environment. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract based on-site in Darwin, NT.

What You’ll Do• Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.

  • Analyse, document and manage business and functional requirements.
  • Map current and future-state business processes, workflows and requirements.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities between business needs and system functionality.
  • Support solution design, system integration, testing and implementation activities.
  • Develop clear and accurate business analysis and project documentation.
  • Facilitate walkthroughs and stakeholder validation sessions.
  • Work closely with project teams and vendors to support successful delivery.
  • Manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.

What You’ll Bring• 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.

  • Strong experience across requirements gathering, process analysis, process mapping and information analysis.
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
  • Experience with software integration, testing and implementation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in complex environments with high-priority deliverables.
  • BPMN 2.0 or similar process modelling experience is highly regarded.
  • Government and/or financial systems experience will be advantageous.
  • A collaborative, professional and accountable approach.
  • National Police Clearance required.
  • Based in, or willing to relocate/travel to, Darwin, NT.
