Together, we support a worldwide community of makers with quality supplies, inspiration, and joyful service, strengthened by our deep expertise in bringing high-quality fabrics to market.
Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager and Creative Senior Manager, our Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing promotional and marketing creative assets across multiple e-commerce brands, including Missouri Star Quilt Co. (MSQC), Webs (yarn.com), and LoveCrafts. Operating with independence and strong visual execution, our Graphic Designer turns marketing strategies and campaign briefs into engaging visual assets that drive customer conversion and elevate brand identity across digital and print channels. This role handles end-to-end promotional graphics while collaborating cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and copywriting teams to streamline asset production and reduce reliance on freelance design resources.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Campaign & Brief Execution: Work closely with cross-functional partners, copywriters, and marketing leads to translate campaign briefs and business objectives into high-converting visual assets within established timelines.
- Production & Asset Delivery: Manage production deliverables independently from concept through QA and final asset delivery, maintaining organized design files and adhering to technical specifications.
- Workflow & Resource Optimization: Execute core promotional deliverables to minimize reliance on external freelance design support, while coordinating with freelance contractors during peak promotional volumes as needed.
- Design Innovation & AI Integration: Proactively research visual trends in craft, quilt, and retail e-commerce. Utilize AI design tools for concepting and modeling graphic design solutions to increase design efficiency and impact.
- Special Projects: Assist with special creative initiatives, proof-of-concept visual explorations, redesigns, and cross-brand presentations as assigned.
