Role Overview: Act as a bridge between the business, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring that smart features and services are clearly defined, effectively implemented, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Definition

• Gather and analyze requirements from various stakeholders, including Product, Business, After-sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams.

• Develop business and product artifacts, including BRDs, PRDs, user journeys, use cases, and acceptance criteria for smart features and services.

• Clarify business logic, rules, data flows, and operational scenarios.

Product Owner / Backlog Management

• Manage the product backlog, break down features, prioritize user stories, and support planning activities together with the Project Manager.

• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to clarify requirements, scope, and requirement changes.

• Participate in UAT, product acceptance, and evaluation of whether the solution meets business requirements and objectives.

Implementation & Operations

• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure:

Products and features are launched in line with the defined time, cost, and quality targets and Operational processes and customer support procedures are clearly defined.

• Monitor product KPIs and customer feedback, and proactively propose improvements.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Collaborate with Legal and Information Security teams to ensure compliance with requirements related to: Data privacy; Cybersecurity; Regulatory and market-specific compliance

• Manage requirement changes and proactively identify potential business risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst, preferably in digital products, AI, fintech, telecommunications, automotive, or IoT.

• Strong proficiency in creating BA/PO artifacts, including BRDs, PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and UAT documentation.

• Strong product mindset with a good understanding of business models and customer experience.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.

• Good command of English for daily work, including documentation and communication with external partners.
