This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solution Delivery Manager based in the United States.
This is a strategic, customer-facing opportunity at the intersection of enterprise software, professional services, and AI-driven transformation. The role will help organizations translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions and successful implementation programs. You will partner closely with Sales and external partners to understand customer objectives, shape solutions, and scope high-value professional services engagements. The position combines consultative discovery, technical and commercial estimation, proposal development, and delivery oversight. You will also own the customer journey from pre-sales through first value and ultimately go-live, ensuring strong alignment and measurable outcomes. Working with global teams and a broad partner ecosystem, you will contribute to growing the services business while helping customers accelerate digital transformation. This role is ideal for an experienced, AI-savvy professional who combines commercial drive, technical curiosity, and strong execution skills.

Accountabilities
- Partner with Sales teams and external partners to understand customer business objectives, process challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Lead business and technical discovery sessions to uncover customer needs and translate them into appropriate professional services solutions.
- Leverage AI capabilities and expertise to scope, size, estimate, and develop proposals for professional services engagements.
- Create accurate Statements of Work (SOWs), defining scope, deliverables, assumptions, timelines, resourcing, and commercial requirements.
- Manage the professional services sales order process and ensure engagements transition effectively from sales into delivery.
- Provide management oversight for professional services engagements sold, maintaining visibility into execution, risks, customer expectations, and outcomes.
- Own the customer adoption journey from the pre-sales phase through Time to First Value (TTFV) and ultimately go-live.
- Build and grow the regional services pipeline while driving healthy consumption of the existing services backlog.
- Provide accurate, regular forecasts for services bookings and revenue.
- Manage a broad portfolio of customers and projects spanning different industries, use cases, sizes, and levels of complexity.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, renewals, and expanded customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, Sales, delivery teams, and other stakeholders.
- Identify, cultivate, and develop delivery partners and collaborate on joint value propositions that address customer needs.
- Ensure proposed solutions and delivery estimates accurately reflect customer requirements and expected business outcomes.
- Support the successful execution of customer engagements by identifying potential issues early and helping teams remove obstacles.
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, customer messaging, solution positioning, and services enablement.
- Consistently pursue and exceed professional services sales and bookings targets.
- Represent organizational values through customer interactions, internal collaboration, and engagement with partners and global teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles related to software implementations, professional services, solution delivery, or positioning technology services across multiple industries.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of AI technologies, with the ability to leverage AI to improve solution design, estimation, delivery, or customer outcomes.
- At least 3 years of experience explaining complex business and technical concepts to management, executives, technical teams, and other diverse audiences.
- At least 3 years of professional services experience, with a strong track record of successfully delivering customer projects and engagements.
- At least **2 years of demonstrated success growing professional services bookings and accurately forecasting services revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Strong understanding of software implementation and professional services lifecycles, including discovery, scoping, estimation, proposal development, delivery, and customer adoption.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to develop accurate delivery estimates and compelling business cases.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across geographies, cultures, functions, and distributed teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, action-oriented approach to identifying opportunities and solving customer challenges.
- Strong results orientation and accountability for successful customer engagements and commercial outcomes.
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about emerging technologies, AI, enterprise software, and evolving customer needs.
- Ability to remain adaptable and effective in a rapidly changing technology environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish credibility with senior customer and partner stakeholders.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or comparable project/program management certification is preferred.
