On behalf of MarTech Client #1, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator & Developer with strong administrative, development, and solution-design capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce CRM (Standard & Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles)
- Design and implement process automation using Flows, Approval Processes, and other declarative tools
- Develop custom functionality with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Queueable Apex
- Write and maintain Unit Tests
- Build and optimize data models, object schemas, and scalable architectures based on business requirements
- Work with SOQL, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Data Loader, and third-party integrations
- Support data import/export processes
- Document solutions, train end users, and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration options, and best practices.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Standard and Custom Objects, Fields, Formula Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles, Flows, Approval Processes, and process automation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into complete Salesforce data models (ERDs), object schemas, and scalable data architectures.
- Strong understanding of software-engineering principles, relational data modeling, and entity relationships.
- Hands-on development experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Queueable Apex, and Unit Tests.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Data Loader, data import/export, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to configure, implement, document, train, and support end users across Salesforce CRM capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
