We are seeking an experienced Senior Real-Time Embedded Software Engineer to join our core engineering team and develop advanced software for high-performance, mission-critical embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own tasks, infrastructure, and subsystems end-to-end, from requirements analysis and system modeling through design, implementation, testing, integration, and deployment.
  • Design, implement, integrate, and optimize real-time software for MCU-based platforms.
  • Translate system-level requirements into robust and efficient software solutions.
  • Lead software integration and validation on target platforms, including troubleshooting and system bring-up.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of software infrastructure and platform-level capabilities.
  • Work closely with Hardware, Algorithms, and System Engineering teams within a multidisciplinary R&D environment.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive tasks and projects forward efficiently.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing embedded software in Modern C++.
  • Proven experience developing real-time software using RTOS and/or Bare-Metal on MCU-based platforms.
  • Strong understanding of real-time software design principles, multitasking, synchronization, interrupt-driven programming, memory management, and deterministic systems.
  • Experience with low-level hardware bring-up, device drivers, and embedded communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, Ethernet, or USB.
  • Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills using embedded development and lab tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong technical mindset and attention to software quality.
  • Ability to work independently while taking ownership of complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for engineering excellence.
