This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Systems Analyst III - Philanthropy Analytics based in the United States.

This remote role supports the design, development, and improvement of technology solutions within a philanthropy analytics environment. You’ll work closely with analytics colleagues and managers to translate operational and business needs into effective systems and processes. The position combines systems analysis, project coordination, reporting, process automation, and user support. You’ll contribute to system implementations, feasibility assessments, solution development, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization. Your work will help strengthen relationship management, reporting capabilities, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making. Accountabilities: • Support the design and execution of department projects, system implementations, and technology initiatives.

• Participate in feasibility analysis, estimating, planning, solution design, development, prototyping, implementation, testing, and system modification.

• Provide technical and analytical input to solution development efforts and help identify effective approaches to business and operational requirements.

• Develop work products and documentation covering business objectives, technology capabilities, project requirements, and task-level resource needs.

• Maintain project schedules, task plans, documentation, communications, and related project records.

• Track information-system resources associated with assigned projects and monitor progress against established plans.

• Report on project timelines, deliverables, performance, and potential issues requiring attention.

• Support process automation, relationship management activities, daily reporting, and dashboard maintenance.

• Assist with quality assurance activities and evaluate system performance to ensure solutions meet operational and business objectives.

• Help define training requirements and support end-user training and adoption of relevant systems and processes.

• Collaborate with philanthropy analytics colleagues, managers, and other stakeholders to improve data-driven workflows and technology capabilities.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects and systems.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field plus five years of relevant IT experience involving application development, application support, or end-user training; alternatively, equivalent experience in an operational or financial role using systems or data supported by the position.

• Candidates may also qualify with a high school diploma/GED and seven years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience.

• ITIL Foundations certification is required upon hire or within six months of joining.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to organize projects, manage competing priorities, maintain documentation, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with SQL, business logic, SSIS, Python, and Power BI is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM databases and relationship-data analytics is advantageous.

• A bachelor’s degree and Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent technical certifications are preferred.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable working remotely in a structured, deadline-driven environment and managing multiple project activities simultaneously.
