About the role

We work in an agile, multinational organization that develops cutting-edge products and services for both public and private sectors across the Nordic countries. Our teams are committed to creating, supporting, and delivering modern solutions used by healthcare and social care professionals throughout the region.

We’re primarily looking for a Systems Analyst with a strong passion for structure and information, who is eager to learn and develop competence in openEHR if not already experienced.

In this role you will

  • Collaborate with Global Teams and Customers to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions and services
  • Facilitate the secure exchange of health information between different healthcare organizations
  • Map health data from one source to another source
  • Find new and effective ways to use healthcare data in applications
  • Get a deeper understanding of the need of data structure and reusing of data to support different stakeholders in the healthcare domain
  • Be part of a team of developers, application specialists, solution architects and others working with solutions to support healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to health information exchange.

 

We're Looking for someone with

  • Experience in analysing and structuring healthcare data to make it useful for healthcare professionals in patient encounters
  • Experience of clinical terminologies (e.g. SNOMED CT, ICD‑10/ICD‑11) and experience with, or interest in learning, the openEHR standard.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.

 

It would be beneficial if you also have

  • Experience from healthcare sector
  • Experience of analysing data and knowledge of healthcare regulations
  • Experience of health standards like openEHR or FHIR

 

AI knowledge requirement

AI literacy is expected for this role. You will be comfortable using approved AI tools to improve quality and productivity in everyday work (e.g., drafting, summarising, analysing, and automating routine tasks). You can write clear prompts/instructions, critically evaluate and validate AI outputs, and apply sound judgement when results are incomplete, biased, or incorrect. You understand and follow company policies and applicable legal/regulatory requirements for confidentiality, privacy, security, and responsible AI use (including not sharing sensitive data in unapproved tools).
