The Senior Solutions Architect works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. The Senior Solutions Architect work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Solutions Architect translates business needs into technical systems solutions. Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Engineer, or Senior Developer delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale digital platforms and customer-facing applications.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture and Azure cloud services.
- Experience with API-first design, microservices architecture, and modern integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of modern front-end architectures, including micro-frontend concepts and responsive application design.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions across multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within large enterprises.
- Expertise in digital experience platforms (DXP), content management systems (CMS), customer engagement platforms, or personalization solutions.
- Experience with customer journey orchestration, omnichannel engagement, and digital product development.
- Knowledge of modern DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and platform engineering practices.
- Experience with accessibility standards, performance optimization, and user experience best practices.
- Prior experience as a project architect, technical lead, or architecture practice leader.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer and employee digital experiences.
Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$117,600 - $161,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
