Full description

Our Delta Technology team is looking for a Senior QA Consultant / Functional Tester – HOPEX to support one of our clients in ensuring the quality and functional reliability of complex business applications.

The Senior QA Consultant / Functional Tester – HOPEX will have the following responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business and functional requirements in order to define appropriate testing scenarios.
  • Defining, documenting, and maintaining detailed test cases based on functional requirements.
  • Executing manual functional testing across multiple business applications.
  • Performing end-to-end testing activities throughout the full testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final validation.
  • Planning and executing regression testing campaigns during application upgrades and production releases.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Ensuring proper qualification and prioritization of detected defects.
  • Working closely with functional, technical, development, and business teams to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Validating fixes and performing re-testing when necessary.
  • Ensuring adequate functional coverage and contributing to the overall quality of project deliverables.
  • Testing applications within a multi-application environment including HOPEX, Nimbus, and ARCHIBUS.
  • Contributing to the definition and continuous improvement of QA and qualification strategies.
  • Producing and maintaining clear testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, execution results, and defect reports.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of testing practices and processes.
  • Contributing, where appropriate, to the introduction and development of test automation.

The Senior QA Consultant / Functional Tester – HOPEX will also contribute to the Delta community by sharing testing expertise and best practices with other consultants.

As a Delta consultant, the Senior QA Consultant / Functional Tester – HOPEX will act as a Subject Matter Expert and support other team members when functional testing or QA expertise is required.

  • Demonstrate proven experience in manual functional testing within complex business application environments.
  • Master the definition, writing, execution, and maintenance of test cases.
  • Have solid experience in regression testing.
  • Demonstrate hands-on knowledge and experience with the HOPEX platform.
  • Understand the complete defect lifecycle, from identification and qualification to resolution and closure.
  • Be familiar with defect management and test management tools.
  • Be able to work effectively within a multi-application environment.
  • Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams including Business, Functional, Development, and Technical teams.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Nimbus and/or ARCHIBUS.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with test management tools such as Xray, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • English speaking are mandatory, additional language is considered as an advantage
