About the Role

An interesting startup company is looking for a hands-on Senior Product Designer to lead the design quality of our AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. You'll own the end-to-end product design process-from complex requirements to polished, implementation-ready experiences-while serving as the company's design authority.

You'll work closely with Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to create intuitive, scalable experiences for both field users and enterprise customers. This is an AI-first role.

You'll leverage modern AI tools to accelerate UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and product concepts, using Figma where it adds the most value for production-ready design, design systems, and quality.

What You'll Do

  • Own the UX/UI design of a complex B2B SaaS platform.
  • Lead design reviews and raise the overall design quality.
  • Turn product requirements into clear, scalable user experiences.
  • Use AI tools to speed up ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system and UX standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Help Product Managers use AI for design while defining when deeper design involvement is needed.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of Product Design experience.
  • Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.
  • Strong UX, UI, and design system expertise.
  • Advanced Figma skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Figma Make, Magic Patterns, Claude, etc.).
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • High ownership, curiosity, and an AI-first mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Safety, Compliance, Operations, or industrial tech sectors.
  • Mobile-first product design experience.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms, dashboards, and data-heavy products.
