Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript, along with proficiency in PostgreSQL and Redis. You are expected to have daily, fluent experience using AI coding agents and a strong understanding of AI-related technologies like RAG and MCP.

Full description

We are looking for a Node.js Developer to be a part of an AI-native core engineering team and take ownership of our accounts, wallet and bonus engine.

In this hands-on role, you will combine backend architecture, technical leadership and daily use of AI coding agents to build secure, scalable services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ship features end to end with AI agents: spec → code → tests → PR.
  • Keep the codebase AI-ready: agent rules (AGENTS.md / rules files), clear module boundaries, strong tests.
  • Develop account, wallet, bonus and responsible-gaming limit services.
  • Support production issues, using AI for log and incident analysis.

Required Experience:

  • Daily, fluent use of AI coding agents (Cursor, Copilot or similar) for code, tests, refactors and reviews.
  • Can show how AI speeds up their delivery, and how they verify and test AI-generated code.
  • 3+ yrs Node.js / TypeScript backend.
  • PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs.
  • Good grasp of transactions and concurrency.
  • Required AI knowledge: MCP (build and connect MCP servers), LLM tool calling, RAG, context design (agent rules files, e.g. AGENTS.md).
  • Knows AI risks: prompt injection, secrets and agent access, extra review of AI code on money and security paths.
