Job Description:

The Project Manager in Construction oversees project quality, time, and cost, coordinating documentation and permitting while supporting procurement. They ensure construction quality and engage with clients to implement changes.• The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the entrusted project.

  • Both in terms of quality, time and cost.
  • He has internal and external collaborators to help him, but the responsibility belongs to him.
  • During the entire project, he looks for solutions that will increase the quality and reduce the cost of the project.
  • Coordination of construction project documentation at all required stages
  • Oversees permitting processes in collaboration with dedicated colleagues.
  • Provides support to Procurement Department in the preparation and review of procurement documentation, checks compliance with project bid documentation.
  • Controls and coordinates construction work, their quality and compliance with project documentation.
  • Participates in meetings with customers and is responsible for the implementation of required changes
