We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources and organize it into usable, analysis-ready formats
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, including data models, semantic layers, and reporting environments
- Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making within the organization
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting outputs
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, KPIs, and performance metrics in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Support and optimize existing BI assets, ensuring performance, usability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven working experience (1+ year) with data visualization and business intelligence platforms
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office suite / SharePoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Desired skills:
- Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence technologies (Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, OBIEE 12c) is highly recommended and will be considered a strong asset
- Experience with ETL/data integration tools and processes; hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) will be considered a strong asset
- Relevant professional certification in a BI or analytics platform
- Advanced practical knowledge of one or more enterprise BI platforms
