Construction Project Manager

Optimal, on behalf of its client Ideales Group, the  largest constructor  of private and commercial swimming pools, is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Projects Department.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical projects from the design phase through to completion. The role primarily involves project management, design, coordination, technical support, and supervision, in collaboration with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage projects from initial design to final delivery

·       Coordinate contractors and project timelines

·       Communicate effectively with clients

·       Monitor project cost, time, and quality

·       Perform basic design work using AutoCAD

·       Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BoM) for projects

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or another relevant technical/business-related field will be considered an advantage.

·       Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical project management, with proven experience as a Project Manager within a construction company or in a technical/construction project management environment.

·       Excellent command of AutoCAD, MS Office

·       Familiarity with AI tools is considered an asset

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a structured and methodical approach.

·       Strong problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a high sense of accountability.

·       Strong managerial and leadership skills, with the potential to lead teams and take ownership of projects.

·       Strong technical understanding and the ability to effectively understand and manage technical project requirements.

·       Strong client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.

·       Good cost awareness and understanding of project budgets and financial considerations.

·       Strong team player with a professional, collaborative, and results-oriented attitude.
