About The Opportunity

Wonder delivery operations is a complex and fast-growing branch of the Wonder business. The Delivery Operations team owns how that network performs: not just tracking metrics, but understanding what's driving them, what needs to change, and making that change happen. We operate a multi-operator delivery environment across Wonder field teams and logistics partners, and we’re building a delivery performance organization that is data-led, mechanism-driven, and scalable.

This role owns delivery performance health for a defined portfolio of Wonder locations. You're the person who knows your segment better than anyone else — what's working, what isn't, and why — and who turns that knowledge into action. You'll do your own analysis, drive decisions through cross-functional partners, and build the playbooks and standards that make the operation more repeatable as it scales. It's a role for someone who wants operational depth and strategic impact in the same job and also finds the day-to-day detail energizing

The Impact You Will Make

  • Detect and triage performance signals across your portfolio using dashboards and operational context; distinguish signal from noise and maintain focus on the highest-leverage work.
  • Build the analytical infrastructure for your portfolio. Build dashboards & reports, and develop a deep understanding of the metrics that drive delivery performance: how they're constructed, how they relate to each other, and what a movement in one signals about another. You ask the right questions before pulling data, and you know how to follow a thread through multiple layers of analysis to an actual answer.
  • Diagnose drivers and recommend actions using structured problem solving, grounded in data and operational reality & context. Identify what's actually driving a performance change, distinguish root cause from downstream effect, and validate the problem before committing to a solution.
  • Drive follow-through to measurable impact with operating partners, ensuring actions are prioritized, executed, and validated for effectiveness. Delivery performance depends on teams across field, product, logistics, and operations. You translate performance signal into clear asks, navigate competing priorities across the org, and stay accountable for follow-through until the outcome lands.
  • Create leverage through mechanisms by turning recurring issues into shared playbooks, triggers, and standard routines that reduce repeat churn as the network scales.
  • Surface cross-site patterns and insights that inform continuous operational improvements and improve how the org prioritizes and responds.
  • Partner with field leadership as the primary delivery ops point of contact for your segment, maintaining a lightweight, high-value operating rhythm, and surface what you see on the ground into how the wider function sets priorities.
  • Support scaling and launches through readiness checks, early performance monitoring, and post-launch retros, focused on repeatability over heroics.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 5+ years in operations, logistics, marketplace operations, strategy & operations, or multi-site performance management. Last-mile or delivery exposure is helpful but not required.
  • Strong analytical fluency: comfortable with BI tools (e.g. Looker/Tableau), advanced spreadsheet skills, direct experience with SQL, able to turn data into prioritized action.
  • Proven ability to run structured root-cause analysis and make sound tradeoffs in ambiguous, high-noise environments.
  • Strong execution through influence: you drive clarity, ownership, and closure without direct authority.
  • Experience building repeatable process — playbooks, SOPs, operating standards — that reduced manual effort and recurring escalations.
  • Strong communicator: concise updates, clear recommendations, and durable documentation.
  • Systems thinker: you look for patterns and design mechanisms that prevent repeat problems.
  • Data-led operator: you use data to guide decisions & validate impact
  • Prioritization discipline: you can say “not now,” manage tradeoffs, and keep the team focused on the work that moves the outcome most.
  • Collaborative: you build trust across teams and align stakeholders without creating unnecessary complexity.
  • Comfortable with change. Portfolios, priorities, and structures evolve as the network grows; you adapt without losing momentum.
  • Preferred: experience working closely with field teams across multiple locations; experience in fast-scaling ops organizations.
