Full description

Say hello to opportunities.

If you’re looking to be part of what’s next in communication, you’re in the right place.

At RingCentral, we believe the best customer experiences happen when humans and AI work together. Our agentic voice AI portfolio—AIR, AVA, and ACE—brings together automation, assistance, and insights across the entire conversation lifecycle. The result? More seamless, intelligent experiences for businesses everywhere.

With $2.5B+ in ARR and $250M invested in R&D annually, we’re building the future of AI-powered business communications.

Currently we're looking for a network and infrastructure engineer to support EMEA IT network and infrastructure (mostly Linux-based), office interconnectivity, VPN solutions, and server room operations across our offices.

This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

An experienced, responsible engineer who stays calm under pressure and doesn't shy away from complex problems. Someone who keeps up with the industry, is genuinely curious about new technologies, and brings that curiosity into their daily work. A team player who contributes to shared goals, takes ownership of driving problems toward resolution and engages the right people when needed, and sees every incident through to full resolution - not just mitigation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Office network support - Maintain and support the network infrastructure of the office, its connectivity to other offices, and plan and build network infrastructure when offices expand.

VPN support - Configure, maintain, and support VPN solutions for site-to-site connectivity and remote employee access.

Linux infrastructure management - Own the Linux system lifecycle across office infrastructure: provisioning, configuration management, security hardening, and day-to-day troubleshooting. Maintain and support virtualisation and container host environments running on RHEL-based systems.

Server room operations - Work hands-on in the server room: manage and maintain physical infrastructure including structured cabling (SCS), UPS systems, and rack equipment. Ensure physical layer reliability and documentation.

Network upgrades and testing - Plan and execute network upgrades, perform testing to validate reliability and performance before and after changes.

User support via service desk - Handle network-related requests and incidents within the company's service desk platform, providing timely resolution for end users.

Monitoring and incident response - Oversee monitoring and alerting systems to detect and resolve incidents, identify potential issues proactively, and implement preventive measures.

On-call duty - Participate in on-call rotation to ensure coverage for critical incidents outside regular business hours

Collaboration - Work closely with NetOps team colleagues to jointly deliver network connectivity solutions, share knowledge, and drive incidents through to full resolution.

Documentation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network topology, configurations, procedures, and changes.

Automation - Automate routine tasks using scripting, infrastructure-as-code tools, and AI-assisted tooling to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
