Job Summary:

Kaufman Lynn Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Network Administrator to design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all network systems while leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance company and IT operations, automate repetitive tasks, and drive continuous improvement across the technology environment in construction.

Required Qualifications:

•Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

•Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration or a similar role

•Proficiency with networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and BGP/OSPF

•Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade hardware (Cisco, Meraki, Dell, or equivalent)

•Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools, such as AIOps platforms, AI-assisted monitoring, or automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Ansible, or similar)

•Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems

•Experience with Microsoft analytics Power BI, Fabric, MS Dynamic, SQL,

•Experience with cloud networking concepts (Microsoft Azure, VMWare, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)

•CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent certification required; AI-related certifications a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience in the construction, architecture/engineering, or real estate development industry

•Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure Active Directory, Power BI, Fabric and Hybrid environment

•Exposure to AI-driven security platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Darktrace, CrowdStrike Falcon, or similar)

•Experience scripting network automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar

•Knowledge of SD-WAN architecture and deployment
