Job Overview:

The WalkMe Builder is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing WalkMe solutions that enhance user engagement and adoption of LPL Financial proprietary platforms. This role partners closely with product, design, service, and business stakeholders to develop digital adoption solutions that improve user experiences and support platform utilization. The position requires a strong understanding of WalkMe capabilities, front-end technologies, user behavior analytics, and software development practices to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement WalkMe solutions that improve user engagement and drive adoption of proprietary platforms.
  • Create and configure in-app guidance, automation, and adoption features to support users through complex processes and workflows.
  • Analyze user behavior data and platform insights to identify adoption challenges and optimization opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe deployments and integrations.
  • Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, service support, and other stakeholders to define and deliver digital adoption solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of WalkMe initiatives in alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate functionality, usability, and performance of WalkMe implementations.
  • Maintain and enhance existing WalkMe content to promote consistency and improve the user experience.
  • Document solutions, configurations, test results, and implementation processes.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through analysis, reporting, and solution optimization.

What Are We Looking For?

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience building and implementing WalkMe solutions.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven software development environment.
  • Experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries such as jQuery or Angular.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to conduct thorough testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance of implemented solutions.
  • Commitment to maintaining consistency and high-quality standards across deliverables.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including documenting test cases, results, and identified issues.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Preferences:

  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • WalkMe certifications.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience highly preferred.
  • jQuery experience highly preferred.
  • Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones to support extended West Coast coverage through at least 4:00 PM PT.

 

Pay Range:

$80,752.00 - $134,518.00  

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
