Full description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Product Analyst to help design, develop, file, and implement new insurance products and enhancements to existing products. In this role, you’ll develop policy and endorsement language and assist with product filings. You’ll also help manage third-party product partners and contribute to research and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; an associate’s degree and/or an AINS, API, or CPCU designation will be considered
  • 5+ years of P&C insurance experience in product development, underwriting, claims, or pricing
  • Understanding of policy language, filings, and Texas regulatory guidelines (or ability to learn quickly)
  • A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, proven problem-solving ability, and a collaborative, adaptable work style
