Ryanair is hiring a Junior Project Manager to join Europe's largest airline group. As we scale towards 800 aircraft and 300m passengers annually, our digital products must continue to evolve, delivering simple, seamless, and high-performing experiences for our customers.

We're looking for a motivated and organised Junior Project Manager who is keen to develop their project delivery career in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with Digital Project Managers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders, you will help coordinate the delivery of digital projects, support project execution, and gain valuable experience across a range of customer-facing digital products and initiatives.

Job Description

  • Support the delivery of digital projects and initiatives, helping to keep projects on track and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
  • Assist with project reporting and stakeholder communications, preparing updates on progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop an understanding of the customer journey, using data, feedback, and research to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements, working with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and communicated.
  • Support collaboration with designers, developers, and business teams, helping to coordinate activities and ensure delivery objectives are met.
  • Maintain project plans, actions, risks, and dependencies, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with testing, launch activities, and post-launch reviews, helping to identify improvements and future opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings and delivery activities, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, escalating issues where appropriate and providing regular project updates.
  • Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, ceremonies, backlog management, and project documentation.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, digital delivery, or a related role. Graduate candidates with relevant internship or placement experience will also be considered.
  • An interest in digital products, technology, and customer experience.
  • Experience coordinating tasks and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working is beneficial.
  • Experience working with websites, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, or other digital products is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
