The Opportunity

Dentalcorp is investing in digital products and technology that make dentistry better—for patients, clinicians, practices, and teams. As Senior Manager, Product Delivery & Digital Products, you’ll shape the strategy and lead the delivery, adoption, and evolution of a growing digital portfolio. You’ll connect business priorities, user needs, technology teams, and partners to turn complex opportunities into scalable solutions and measurable results.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a product thinker who can move seamlessly from vision to execution—challenging the status quo, raising the bar beyond excellence, bringing teams together brilliantly, and creating experiences that help our network thrive.

Who You Are

You’re a pragmatic digital product leader who is equally comfortable setting direction and getting things done. You turn ambiguity into clear roadmaps, practical delivery plans, aligned teams, and measurable outcomes.

Curious, commercially minded, and relationship-focused, you use customer journeys, workflow insights, data, and feedback to make smart decisions. You build trust across executive, clinical, operational, technology, and partner groups—and lead through influence, sound judgment, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

In This Role, You Will

  • Set the vision: Define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, business cases, and success measures for Dentalcorp’s digital portfolio.
  • Lead end to end: Guide products from discovery and design through delivery, launch, adoption, optimization, and value realization.
  • Turn insight into impact: Translate patient, clinician, practice, and business needs into clear requirements and experiences that drive adoption and results.
  • Own the portfolio: Lead prioritization, capacity, budgets, forecasts, governance, risks, dependencies, and performance reporting.
  • Deliver brilliantly together: Align cross-functional teams and external partners around shared outcomes, quality, value, timelines, and timely decisions.
  • Measure and shape what’s next: Use product analytics, operational data, user feedback, and financial outcomes to guide investment, scaling, and continuous improvement—while building scalable practices that help Dentalcorp go beyond the status quo and beyond excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive experience leading digital products, software solutions, technology-enabled transformation, or product portfolios is required.
  • Proven ability to shape product vision, roadmaps, business cases, and delivery plans that create measurable user, operational, and business outcomes.
  • Strong portfolio leadership across prioritization, budgets, capacity, governance, risk, vendors, and benefit realization.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, product, and hybrid delivery methods, with the ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements, backlogs, and success measures.
  • Executive-level communication, financial acumen, and stakeholder leadership, with confidence influencing decisions and navigating ambiguity across functions.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or comparable product delivery tools is required.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline—or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience in dental, healthcare, SaaS, or a complex multi-site environment is an asset; relevant product, Agile, project, or change certification is also an asset.

What You Get & Give

At Dentalcorp, you’ll combine the scale, technology, and support of North America’s largest dental network with the ownership and opportunity of an entrepreneurial environment. Bring curiosity, accountability, and bold thinking as we challenge the status quo, go beyond excellence, work brilliantly together, and create experiences that help our people, practices, and patients thrive.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 CAD to $150,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 20% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). The final offer will reflect relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.

This role follows a hybrid schedule: on-site Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays and is for a new opportunity.
