This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences.

• Build reusable components and frontend libraries to improve development efficiency and maintainability.

• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices

. • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Contribute to code reviews and actively participate in technical discussions.

• Apply strong problem-solving skills and DSA concepts to develop efficient solutions.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• 4+ years of experience in frontend/web application development using React.js.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, frontend architecture, and modern web development practices.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js.

• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or Redux Toolkit.

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
