Full description
Guesty is the all-in-one platform helping hospitality businesses around the world automate, optimize, and scale their operations. We’re a fast-growing global startup that’s transforming how the industry works — from guest experience to business growth.
With a powerful suite of features and integrations with 150+ industry partners — including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, Google Travel, and many more — Guesty empowers property managers to deliver top-tier guest experiences while running more efficient, data-driven operations.
We’re proud to have over 900+ team members across 16 countries worldwide, all working together to build the future of hospitality technology.
If you’re looking to grow your career in a dynamic, global, and impact-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
AI is reshaping how property managers run their businesses- and how we build product. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own some of Guesty's most important product bets. Most of what we build from here is AI-powered, so you'll work at the edge of what the technology makes possible - but the job is product, not AI: set a vision worth chasing, find the problems worth solving, and build the thing that works. This is a builder's role: you prototype yourself, you lead the team to ship, and you own the outcome.
Responsibilities
- Set the direction: Define where your product area should be heading and turn it into a rolling ~6-month plan teams can build toward
- Lead cross-domain initiatives: Drive large projects that span domains and dev teams, and make sure nothing falls between the cracks
- Own outcomes end-to-end: Own the strategy, roadmap, and results for your scope, tied to company-level goals — from choosing which problems matter to accountable delivery
- Build, not just spec: Prototype hands-on, agent frameworks and, where needed, code; working demos are your starting point and specs are the output
- Hold the data line: Define the metrics before the feature, back decisions with evidence, and challenge calls that aren't grounded in it
- Raise the bar: Set the standard for product quality and AI judgment across the product org - review, pair, and show how
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in product management, including at least 2 years at Senior PM level or above
- Working with company leadership: You've worked directly with C-level executives or founders — presented strategy to them, aligned them on hard tradeoffs, and were accountable to them for results
- Cross-team leadership: You've led at least one initiative across several teams or domains, through influence rather than authority
- AI in production: You've shipped at least one AI-powered feature or agent to production as the owning PM, and it moved a business metric
- Vision: You can draw a picture of the future that is specific enough to argue with and ambitious enough that today's roadmap looks small — built on what the company uniquely has, not on the next model release
- Innovation in a fast-moving space: You find the non-obvious product answers when the technology changes under you every quarter — and you've done it before
- You ship: Products you've owned are in production and moved a number — you can walk us through the decisions, not the process
- You build with your hands: You prototype in code or with AI tools before you spec; prompts, evals, and working demos are part of your toolkit, not something you delegate
- Hype-resistant judgment: You think about reliability, cost, and trust before model capability, and you know when a demo is a product and when it isn't
- Data-native: You pull your own numbers, define the metric before the feature, and kill what doesn't move it
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) — you can take an exec from confused to decided in one page
Strong advantage:
- Experience in B2B SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or the hospitality/travel tech space
