Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role will involve working closely with multiple stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document their needs and translate them into actionable requirements for our product team. You will leverage your analytical skills, business acumen, and technical knowledge to contribute to the enhancement of our products and the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Document well-defined business, data, and product requirements and convert them into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications for the product team
  • Work closely with the product team by contributing to the creation and maintenance of artifacts such as user stories, process flow diagrams, and test plans
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions and review requirements documentation with product management, users, and the product team
  • Comprehend and communicate the potential risks and impacts of changes on systems, integrations, processes, users, UI/UX, and architecture
  • Understand the objectives and value of proposed features and functionality to provide context, aiding the product team in developing effective solutions
  • Participate in root cause analysis of data/process issues

Qualifications:

  • Requirements Discovery & Elicitation — lead the development and management of clear, detailed business requirements and functional specifications
  • Systems Thinking & Process Mapping — identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation — leverage data to drive requirements gathering and ensure thorough requirements
  • Acceptance Criteria & Quality Ownership — ensure requirements are complete, testable, and traceable
  • Stakeholder Facilitation & Alignment — liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels, understanding and translating their needs
  • Domain Expertise & Operational Context — demonstrates empathy and actively listens to customers and colleagues

Education & Years of Experience:

BS preferred in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science, or a related field), but relevant professional experience accepted. 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Preferred skills:

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools, such as Salesforce, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
