Design and implement Python-based LLM applications and AI agents, including agentic workflows and RAG solutions, for a digital conversation-preparation tool in the insurance sector. Für ein innovatives KI-Projekt im Versicherungsumfeld suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior GenAI Engineer mit Schwerpunkt auf Large Language Models (LLMs), agentischen KI-Systemen und Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Ziel ist die Entwicklung einer intelligenten Lösung zur digitalen Gesprächsvorbereitung für den Aussendienst, die als KI-Agent in eine bestehende Chat-Assistenten-Plattform integriert wird.

  • Gemeinsam mit einem Python Backend Engineer und dem bestehenden Entwicklungsteam übernehmen Sie die Konzeption und technische Umsetzung der GenAI-Komponenten bis zur produktionsnahen Bereitstellung.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von LLM-basierten Anwendungen und KI-Agenten mit Python
  • Konzeption und Orchestrierung agentischer Workflows mit LangGraph, LangChain oder vergleichbaren Frameworks
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Retrieval-Augmented-Generation-(RAG)-Lösungen
  • Umsetzung von Web-Crawling, Datenaufbereitung und Retrieval-Prozessen
  • Implementierung von Tool-Calling, Zustandsmanagement und LLM-Evaluation
  • Integration der KI-Agenten in eine bestehende Chat-Assistenten-Plattform mittels Agent-to-Agent-Kommunikation (A2A)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Backend Engineering, Architektur-, Security- und Plattformteams
  • Durchführung von Tests, technische Dokumentation und Vorbereitung der produktionsnahen Bereitstellung
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit produktionsnahen GenAI- und LLM-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit LangGraph, LangChain oder vergleichbaren Agenten-Frameworks
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Orchestrierung agentischer KI-Systeme
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in RAG, Tool-Calling, Zustandsmanagement und LLM-Evaluation
  • Erfahrung mit Web-Crawling, Datenaufbereitung und Retrieval
  • Erfahrung mit APIs und der Integration von LLM-basierten Anwendungen
