Role Purpose

This role sits at the heart of the organization’s digital learning and innovation agenda. The Technology & Digital Production Manager leads the Educational Technology function, overseeing design, creative, technology, data, and multimedia production teams to deliver scalable, high-quality, and sustainable digital learning solutions.

The role drives the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, digital production workflows, and system integrations to improve productivity, enhance learner experiences, and ensure alignment with global technology and innovation standards. Working in a matrix environment, this leader partners closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Coordinators, and cross-functional squads to ensure technical excellence, consistency, and operational capacity across all solutions.

Key Accountabilities

Technical Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Lead the design, creative, development, data, and audiovisual production functions, ensuring delivery capacity, technical quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Define, maintain, and continuously improve technical standards, solution architectures, production processes, and digital learning workflows.
  • Ensure digital learning solutions are technically viable, scalable, integrated, and sustainable within client technology ecosystems.
  • Establish quality assurance standards, testing protocols, monitoring processes, and technical acceptance criteria for all digital solutions.

AI, Automation & Innovation

  • Drive the strategic application of artificial intelligence across content creation, production workflows, and operational processes.
  • Define and implement AI agents, prompt engineering standards, automation frameworks, and productivity-enhancing tools.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve quality, scalability, efficiency, and business value.
  • Lead process automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and enable greater delivery capacity.

Systems Integration & Data Management

  • Oversee technical integrations involving APIs, LMS/LXP platforms, data exchanges, and connected learning ecosystems
  • Ensure reliable data governance, information quality, operational reporting, and platform performance.
  • Monitor operational metrics and technology performance indicators to support continuous improvement and decision-making.

People Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for technical managers and specialist teams.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to align technology priorities with project objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on technology, innovation, and digital learning best practices.
  • Maintain alignment with global corporate teams regarding technology standards and innovation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Capability

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Educational Technology, Product Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical and creative teams in digital, educational, product, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital learning solutions, instructional technologies, and production operations.
  • Experience within EdTech, learning consulting, training organizations, or education-focused businesses is highly valued.

Technical Strength

  • Knowledge of authoring tools, design software, multimedia production platforms, and LMS/LXP environments.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, digital solution development, and the practical application of artificial intelligence. ;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and squad-based delivery models.
  • Familiarity with product management concepts such as backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Jira, or Monday.com.
  • Advanced English required.
