IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Telekommunikations- und Kollaborationssysteme)
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen IT-Betriebs sowie Analyse und Behebung von System- und Netzwerkstörungen
  • Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen gemäß Unternehmensstandards
  • Betreuung von Microsoft 365- und Collaboration-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Fachteams
  • Planung, Leitung und Mitarbeit an lokalen und globalen IT-Infrastrukturprojekten einschließlich Projektsteuerung, Budget- und Terminüberwachung
  • Verantwortung für User Lifecycle Management (Onboarding, Offboarding, Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement)
  • Second-Level-Support für Endgeräte, Telefonie, Drucker, Scanner und Videokonferenzsysteme
  • Steuerung des gesamten Endgeräte-Lebenszyklus von der Bereitstellung bis zur Ausmusterung
  • Verwaltung von Softwarelizenzen und Sicherstellung der Lizenzkonformität
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, Centres of Excellence sowie externen Dienstleistern und Servicepartnern
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer sowie projektbezogener Dokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IT-Gruppenstandards, Architekturrichtlinien und strategischen Vorgaben

IHR PROFIL

  • 3-jährige abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung und eine mindestens 2-jährige Fachausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit
  • Gute Erfahrungen mit Collaborations-Lösungen (vorzugsweise M365) und Virtualisierung wie VMWare-Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse über TCP/IP-Netzwerke, LAN/WAN, Switches und Router, Telefonie-Lösungen, IP-Telefone sowie über Instrumente der Cybersicherheit
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
