Required Skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:

Lead IT Project Manager, in overseeing medium/large scale IT projects and solutions, comprising sub-projects and distinct deliverables on a rolling deliverable basis; responsible for developing and stewarding related IT Project Management artifacts.

Managing IT projects (as well as formal SDLC and business analysis methodologies) for custom 3-tier web applications, as well as proprietary or customized out-of-the-box systems. Experience managing ACCIS projects is highly preferred.

Knowledge of government IT systems, particularly legacy systems. Experience and knowledge of ACCIS highly preferred.

Presenting and communicating with executive level management.

Managing all aspects of a project, including providing overall guidance and direction, overseeing financial management, and seeing tasks through to completion with minimal guidance.

Proficiency in reviewing project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.

Demonstrated ability to work well with technical and non-technical resources.

Ability to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project.

Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Strong knowledge of server and application architectures.

Ability to work in cross-functional teams to provide the best solution

Strong customer and quality-focus.
