Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-departmental project execution focusing on strategic planning, risk assessment frameworks, change management processes, and RPA implementation oversight;
- Serve as subject matter expert to monitor implementation phases, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards;
- Deliver comprehensive progress reports to senior management with actionable insights on risks, resource allocation efficiency, and critical path milestones;
- Coordinate pre-launch readiness by synchronizing business requirements with technical capabilities across departments;
- Provide strategic guidance to resolve implementation challenges through data-driven analysis and process optimization recommendations;
- Strengthen regional collaboration by developing standardized operating procedures for South East Asia branch’s operations while delivering targeted business support.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above with major in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, information systems management, computer science or statistics;
- 1 year relevant work experience in project and process management
- Experience in ISO quality management / Lean Six Sigma / Productivity management is preferred;
- Professional qualification of Six Sigma Green Belt / Certified Blue Prism Developer & Solution Designer / Lead Auditor for ISO Quality Management System is an advantage;
- Demonstrate strong project/business planning & management capabilities; proven organizational coordination skills and adaptability in communication;
- Strong analytical judgment for problem-solving;
- Excellent Chinese/English writing proficiency with fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
