Our IT team in Lithuania is looking for a new team member. You will help ensure smooth IT operations by providing technical support, maintaining IT services, equipment and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be instrumental in executing our bold and exciting strategy, delivering great experiences for our colleagues and partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver technical support and efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.

• Administer user accounts and identity services across Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) and other business applications.

• Conduct onboarding and offboarding IT activities.

• Oversee IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and management of end-user devices and related hardware.

• Coordinate device deployment, replacement and lifecycle management, including setup of OEM-specific diagnostic tools and devices.

• Collaborate with external technology vendors to ensure effective delivery, support and maintenance of IT solutions and equipment.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven experience in providing first- and second-line IT support.

• Strong technical and functional understanding of end-user equipment.

• Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).

• A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives through to implementation.

• Strong planning and organisational skills.

• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

• Basic knowledge of ITIL principles and IT service management best practices.
