Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Fullstack Developer in GUADALAJARA, MEXICO with at least 4 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (modern JavaScript frameworks) technologies, along with a solid understanding of software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in fullstack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher).
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON/XML.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with AI.
