Job Description

Position Summary:

AECOM is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented California Environmental Quality Act PM in San Diego, CA with a minimum of 6 years of experience working with CEQA compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of school facility regulations and a demonstrated ability to manage complex documents, project compliance and guide agency coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Preparation: Write and oversee initial Studies, Mitigated Negative Declarations (MNDs) and EIRs
• Project Manager: Control project scope, schedules, and financial budgets
• Team Coordination: Direct technical experts in fields like biology, noise, and air quality

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS + 6 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience with California Environmental Quality Act.
• Deep understanding of public-school facility program construction requirements.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Experience working within educational market.
• DSA experience.
