ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a  Senior Product Manager to lead Account Management and Field Logistics and shape the future of our product offerings. You will guide the vision and execution of products that deliver clarity, value, and simplicity for our customers and coworkers. This role requires strong strategic judgment, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. You will partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and senior leadership to define and deliver a roadmap that creates meaningful impact. Your work will play a central role in advancing our mission to elevate financial opportunity for all.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shape Product Vision & Strategy: Understand customer and field coworker needs through research, operational feedback, and behavioral insights to develop a product vision and strategy that improves account management, field execution, and the overall customer experience. Build and maintain a roadmap that prioritizes the highest impact opportunities, grounded in data, market research, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Own the Product Roadmap: Build and maintain a roadmap focused on improving account servicing, collections, delivery and pickup logistics, and field productivity. Prioritize opportunities based on customer impact, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. Lead the development, launch, and iteration of new features and capabilities, ensuring smooth implementation across the portfolio.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Store Operations to identify operational challenges, define requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that simplify workflows and empower field coworkers.
  • Lead Product Development & Execution: Drive the development, launch, and continuous improvement of capabilities that streamline account management, optimize delivery and pickup operations, reduce manual processes, and improve the efficiency of field execution.
  • Measure Performance & Optimize Outcomes: Leverage data, experimentation, and field feedback to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive measurable results in customer engagement, account performance, collections effectiveness, logistics efficiency, and coworker productivity.
  • Communicate Strategy & Business Impact: Clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, progress, and measurable outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure alignment between product investments, operational needs, and business objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 – 7+ years of product management experience building and improving consumer-facing products.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, analytics, and senior leaders.
  • Comfort using data, experimentation, and analysis to size opportunities, guide decisions, and measure results.
  • A solid understanding of software development and the ability to write clear, actionable requirements for engineering.
  • Proven experience managing complex work from idea through launch and iteration.
  • A proactive, organized working style with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
