Candidates must have 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in product management. A postgraduate degree is required for this position.

Full description

To manage assigned product portfolios by driving product development, performance optimization, customer value enhancement, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management to support business growth and customer adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and launch new Gold Loan products and propositions in line with business objectives and market requirements.
  • Conduct pre-launch and post-launch product analysis to evaluate product effectiveness, customer adoption, profitability, and business performance.
  • Design and maintain product performance monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product design, implementation, monitoring, enhancement, and retirement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, audit observations, and product governance standards.
  • Monitor product parameters, business performance, operational metrics, and portfolio trends, and provide periodic updates to management.
  • Coordinate with Technology teams for system enhancements, digital initiatives, automation, and product-related IT developments.
  • Work closely with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams for successful implementation and management of product initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, customer experience enhancement, and portfolio growth.
  • Support regulatory, audit, and management reporting requirements related to the Gold Loan portfolio.
