What you’ll do:  

 

Als Cybersecurity Manager – Protective Controls übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung präventiver Sicherheitsmaßnahmen auf unserer souveränen Azure-Plattform und der weiteren Delos Cloud-Infrastruktur. Dabei gehst du über die klassische Techniker-Rolle hinaus: Du setzt Prioritäten, gestaltest Prozesse und bist das Bindeglied zwischen operativen Security-Teams, internen Stakeholdern und unseren Partnern SAP und Microsoft.

Das werden deine Aufgaben sein:  

 

Als Cybersecurity Manager – Protective Controls bilden den Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit folgende Aufgaben: 

• Koordination und Priorisierung aller Aktivitäten im Bereich Protective Controls, von Vulnerability Management, Hardening zu holistischem Attack Surface Management  

• Gesamtverantwortung für die Konzeption, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Protective Controls innerhalb der Delos-Infrastruktur 

• Steuerung der Security Posture beim Partner durch regelmäßige Abstimmung zu sicherheitsrelevanten Maßnahmen, Nachhalten von Umsetzungsfortschritten und Einfordern verbindlicher Verbesserungen 

• Entwicklung und Pflege eines übergreifenden Security-Posture-Reportings sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung an interne Stakeholder und die Führungsebene 

• Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits durch Umsetzung regulatorischer und Compliancevorgaben und Teilnahme an Auditterminen 

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem SOC und den Operations-Teams 

 

What you bring:  

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security, insbesondere im Umfeld von Protective Controls, Vulnerability Management oder Security Posture Management 

• Nachgewiesene Übernahme von Leitungs- und Umsetzungsverantwortung in komplexen Sicherheitsprojekten 

• Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Partner in sicherheitsrelevanten Themenbereichen 

• Fundiertes Wissen über IT- und Operations-Themen wie Netzwerke, System-Hardening, Cloud-Sicherheit und Endpunktkonfiguration 

Idealerweise bringst du außerdem mit: 

• Vertrautheit mit Microsoft Azure-Diensten und Sicherheitskonzepten (z. B. Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Secure Score) 

• Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Security-Teams 

• Ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise verbunden mit der Bereitschaft, auch operativ anzupacken 

• Exzellente Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern 

• Gute Kenntnisse aktueller Sicherheitsstandards, Frameworks und Best Practices (z. B. ISO 27001, C5, IT Grundschutz)
