What Drives Success

Location: Richardson, TX (This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson, TX, requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday)

This role is a finance role supporting corporate sourcing, finance and accounting teams. The analyst supports strategic initiatives including more complex reporting, planning and analysis of Lennox global expenditures and initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Process Owner for MCR (Material Cost Reduction) Scorecards and Project Reviews, including leading updates in monthly business review and engineering synch meeting
  • Project reviews include planning, analysis, and insights in support of project governance requirements and stakeholder transparency needs
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of financial databases, and monitor and action project backlog
  • Respond to ad-hoc questions from leadership and other cross functional teams
  • Support development of financial models and other analytical tools to enhance efficiency of business tools and processes
  • Provide training on MCR requirements and process improvement needs
  • Coach less-experienced financial analysts as needed

What We Are Looking For

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 5 years related experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and database tools like BW, Access, PowerBI and Databricks.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion, Databricks) preferred.
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $82,000 - $108,150 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
