What You’ll Do: As a Product Manager, you enjoy solving open-ended, quantitative problems with massive strategic implications. You’ve led technical teams to develop unique solutions for deeply challenging problems and you can work with a diverse set of stakeholders to drive critical change.
Duties & Responsibilities Partner on creation of the roadmap, metrics, and technology that ensures USX freight network remains in balance and we satisfy the service and experience needs of our shippers and drivers Define the product strategy and roadmap Work closely with Development team on roadmaps, sprints, and end-goals of specific features Build the tools and intelligence that USX uses to track and respond to changes in market dynamics Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product Work independently and productively to create quality documentation and original content resource material for intellectual property development Collect product requirements input directly from Operations, Technology, Business Development, and Sales Work with the project team and stakeholders to fully document functional requirements and quality attributes of existing and new features of the system
Qualifications Education Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Psychology, or equivalent tech-heavy, product/ engineering background.
Experience 3+ years of proven success in Product Management Experience in IT software product management or IT consulting Ability to lead analytics to guide business decisions Insatiable thirst for growth. You're not just looking for the next interesting challenge but looking to push yourself to keep pace in our high-growth environment. Knowledge of object-oriented programming language preferred
Skills/Certifications Technical and functional business writing skills Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly articulate and present information for stakeholders at all levels of the business
Superior organizational and time management skills; Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks.
