Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
  • Analyze revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, and financial performance.
  • Monitor KPIs across multiple business units.
  • Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis.
  • Build financial models and forecasts.
  • Support budgeting and strategic planning.

Business Analysis

  • Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and management reports.
  • Evaluate pricing, occupancy, booking channels, customer segments, and operational performance.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Present recommendations to senior management.

Artificial Intelligence & Process Improvement

  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity.
  • Research new AI tools and recommend innovative business applications.
  • Help automate reporting, financial analysis, and repetitive workflows.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
  • Support special projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across reports.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Business Analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity.

Preferred

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
  • Experience with automation tools is an advantage.

Within your first 90 days, you will:

  • Deliver accurate executive financial reports on time.
  • Build meaningful dashboards for business performance.
  • Identify cost-saving and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Automate recurring reporting tasks using AI where appropriate.
  • Become a trusted analytical resource for the leadership team.
