Overview

Titan America LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at our Deerfield Beach, FL location (On-site). In this role, you will take a leadership position in financial modeling, forecasting, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic business decisions. This salaried exempt position is designed for professionals with at least 3 years of senior analyst experience in FP&A, who are ready to take on more responsibility and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the company and our industry while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative business environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of business operations and financial performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, providing clear and actionable insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
  • Drive the development and monitoring of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Power Point to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models and perform scenario and ad hoc analyses to address operational challenges and evaluate potential business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and financial leaders to align insights with business goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts to ensure high-quality outputs and foster professional growth within the team.
  • Collaborate with business unit financial leaders to identify opportunities and implement initiatives for continuous improvement in FP&A.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills when engaging with all levels of management, including accounting, operations, general management, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field is required. Master’s degree and/or additional Certifications are a plus.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in a senior analyst position in FP&A or corporate finance (accounting or audit is a plus in addition to FP&A experience)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have SAP and Essbase experience
  • Must have experience working in manufacturing industry and familiarity with standard cost accounting
  • Professional communicator who gives impactful presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to perform under time constraints while collaborating with a diverse group of internal stakeholders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with demonstrated experience thriving in a team-oriented environment
