In this role, you will coordinate clients, vendors, and internal teams across design, engineering, purchasing, production, quality control, shipping, and installation. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, tracks details, anticipates issues, and keeps projects moving in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage projects from sales handoff through completion.
  • Coordinate schedules, priorities, approvals, materials, and production details.
  • Serve as a key contact for clients, sales, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Work with design, engineering, purchasing, production, quality control, shipping, and installation teams.
  • Track project status, identify risks, resolve issues, and keep information organized.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, graphics/signage manufacturing, fabrication, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple departments or production stages.
  • Strong organization, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with drawings, specifications, dimensions, and production requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; project management, ERP, estimating, or production management software experience is a plus.

Why Join Us?

You’ll help bring creative concepts to life through customized artwork, graphics, signage, and installations while collaborating with talented teams across design, engineering, printing, fabrication, finishing, and installation.

If you are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive on keeping complex projects moving, we want to hear from you.
