Summary

The Senior Security Business Analyst is an individual contributor within the Corporate Security organization, responsible for leading initiatives that support governance, risk management, and operational effectiveness. This role requires a highly motivated professional who can independently manage projects, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

This position combines strong analytical capabilities, project management expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive measurable improvements across Corporate Security functions, with a focus on Physical Security Governance and Project Management Office (PMO) processes. In this role, you will be required to report on-site 3+ days per week.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects from concept to completion with a high degree of independence and accountability.
  • Translate business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage issues, program, and risk metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and leadership metrics.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Capture and document business requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Facilitate meetings and influence outcomes.
  • Maintain governance documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members.
  • Support budget planning and tracking.
  • Continuously improve processes and adapt to change.
  • Perform all essential aspects and functions of the job, as well as any other specific job requirements.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is encouraged to apply.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and project management is required.
  • In lieu of the above, applicants with an Associate's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and project management will be considered.
  • In lieu of the above, applicants with a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and project management will be considered.
