Senior Salesforce (services)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Salesforce (Services) based in Brazil.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work on a strategic project supporting the evolution of a large-scale digital banking platform. You will design and develop scalable solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud, combining strong engineering practices with robust integrations and thoughtful platform customization. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across technology and business functions, including both local and global stakeholders. You will contribute to architecture decisions, automation, migrations, performance, security, and the continuous improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem. This is an opportunity to work in a complex, high-impact environment where technical quality and customer experience are equally important. You will also help promote best practices and contribute to the ongoing modernization of enterprise technology solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and evolve solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud, including platform configuration and custom development.

• Design and implement solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Implement automations, migrate components, and support the evolution and maintenance of Salesforce environments.

• Collaborate with technology and business teams to define technical solutions for new requirements, enhancements, and business needs.

• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices, maintainability, and technical quality.

• Contribute to Salesforce architecture decisions, ensuring solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

• Support the continuous evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem by evaluating and adopting relevant platform capabilities and new technologies.

• Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, along with knowledge or experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

• Experience developing and maintaining integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Experience working in complex Salesforce environments involving automations, component migrations, and multiple integrations.

• Knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, version control, and DevOps practices.

• Experience working with both B2B and B2C environments, including Salesforce communities.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.

• Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and agile development environments.

• Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage.

• Experience gathering requirements and designing Salesforce-based solutions is a plus.

• Knowledge of CRM concepts and Salesforce architecture is desirable.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage.

• Experience working on financial services or digital banking projects is highly desirable.
