Seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Leader to lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy and OLM Supply chain Design. The role will be responsible for driving supply chain excellence in Supply chain end to end for new offer and Special focus with support to GSC

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, digital transformation experience, and the ability to build high-performing teams in a dynamic business environment.

Supply Chain Design & Planning

  • For each project of OLM (Offer Lifecycle Management), ensure that Supply Chain processes are designed, implemented and qualified in the different phases of OLM to achieve Customers lead time, on time delivery, inventory health and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities / Activities

Ensure the Logistic Offer definition

  • Build and challenge key Customer Logistic Offer elements with Marketing impacting the SChain architecture definition to find the right balance between customer requirements & SC capabilities and costs

Select, Adapt & Implement Upstream / Downstream Supply Chain Architecture implementation

  • Logistics & SC Planning parameters and flows definition (from suppliers to DC)
  • Optimise flows all along the E2E SC
  • Coordinate Master Data creation/updates between all SC entities concerned E2E SChain Planning Tools & ERPs
  • Contribute to the Suppliers selection (including Tier 2-3) & Make or Buy decision with SC cost & Service evaluation
  • Propose, get formalized & validated Logistic Terms & Conditions including consignment

Drive Supply Chain performance to project targeted level

  • Build and drive the launch both for FG & components in order to secure the availability of components & FG for Sell date and support the sales using Kinaxis OCP Module
  • Organize & follow the Post sell performance follow up (Including Action plan)

Transfer responsibility from project mode to operations (Logistics & Planning processes)

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the organization's supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Build a resilient, agile, and cost-effective supply chain network.
  • Lead supply chain transformation initiatives including digitization and process optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and best-in-class supply chain practices.

SIOP Process Implementation and Execution

  • Lead demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning processes.
  • Establish robust S&OP governance to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and product teams to align supply with business demand.

Build and drive the Global substitution plan and PWP (New & old range)

  • Animate ramp up and or ramp down plan definition and execution and minimize scrap risk if any

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field. MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, technology or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in supply chain transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
