Food Production Positions

• Work Environment: Cold/Wet

  • City of Fullerton

• Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift (START TIME VARIES)

• 3rd Shift (START TIME VARIES)

• Requirements:

• Must be available for overtime and weekend work

• Must follow all GMP policies and procedures

Quality Assurance Lead

The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring food safety policies are being adhered to and product quality standards are being met in the Food Manufacturing Plant. This person reports directly to the QA Manager, and liaise with health auditors, customer, third party and government inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Food Science, Chemistry, Public Health or Biological Science is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
  • HACCP plant experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience preferably in a Food Processing facility.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines & pressure.
  • Must be computer literate.
