Paradigm has opportunities for Healthcare Business Analysts (Intermediate or Senior) to employ their knowledge, skills and techniques to deliver and implement initiatives and enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology.
This role will be based onsite for our customers who are in Regina/Winnipeg.

Each requirement we receive varies, but the skillset may include:
- 5+ years performing analysis on current state and future state business processes, identifying gaps, and making recommendations to stakeholders
- 5+ years experience with complex business architecture modelling and facilitating assessments\workshops working with senior healthcare practitioners to deliver significant changes to the delivery of healthcare services
- 5+ years developing or modifying clinical workflows
- Valuable clinical applications experience including: Allscripts, healthcare portal solutions, RIS, PACS, EMR
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree from an educational facility with a major in Business or Systems Analysis is also a strong asset.
- Other relevant certifications such as CBAP, Prosci, PRINCE2 and ITIL would be an asset
- Administrative or clinical experience obtained via working in the medical field is desirable
Duties may include:
- Participate in the transformation of the provincial healthcare system to improve patient care and support strategic healthcare system alignment
- Collaborate with project teams and project managers to define project scope, requirements, timelines, resources, and quality expectations
- Facilitate discovery sessions, planning workshops, and requirements gathering meetings with business and technical stakeholders
- Analyze and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows
- Translate business requirements into business rules and solution recommendations
- Identify gaps, risks, issues, and opportunities, and recommend effective resolutions
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams
- Assist with reporting requirements, report development, and testing activities
- Perform quality assurance to ensure accuracy, integrity, and functionality of solutions
