The Role
Due to expansion we are now seeking an organised, energetic and flexible individual Project Manager to join our Property Services team.
Based in Burnley, the person will contribute to the successful and safe delivery of our Open Space operations through the effective management of customer relationships, administrative tasks, people, subcontractors, suppliers and scheduling to maximise Programmed Property Services customer satisfaction and profitability.
You will be responsible for capitalising on Property Services operations success by generating cross sell opportunities and winning additional work.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for;
- Previous experience in landscaping or similar
- Manage all aspects of Project Management
- Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy person
- A "can do" attitude is a must
- Strong verbal communications and team leadership skills
